The Digestive SystemThe Giant Centipede's digestive system consist of three main components. These components are the fore, mid, and hid gut. The foregut is the first gut that food encounters and this is where the food is broken down into small pieces. After the the food is broken down the food enters the midgut and in the midgut the food is digested. After the food is digested it in the midgut it moves to the hindgut and in the hindgut the food becomes feces or waste and is then expelled from the body of the centipede.
