Digestive SystemWhen a scorpion manages to catch whatever it is planning on eating, it begins to eat it by breaking or cutting it into many small pieces. The Scorpion then spits strong digestive juices onto its food, and eventually the digestive juices break the food down to a stew-like meal. The scorpion then sucks the stew into its mouth, and whatever can not be digested is thrown up by the scorpion. The food travels from the mouth to it's pharynx, and then down to it's esophagus. A scorpion has two guts, a hind and a mid gut. After passing the esophagus the food travels to the mid gut, and then travels to the hind gut. After this the food is expelled from the scorpions body and becomes feces.
